You''ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of production, reducing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement across the site. The Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 5.30am start 11-hour shift (44 hours per 4-day shift) Salary up to 49k Overtime rate 36.65 per hours Holidays 16 days holiday - 6 bank holidays Medicash benefit (after probation) Auto enrolment 5% employee contribution 3% employer contributionKey Responsibilities Provide daily support to the Site manager with task and project allocation. Deliver both proactive and reactive engineering maintenance across the business. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimise production downtime. Identify and resolve engineering issues to ensure optimal production performance. Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and faults. Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, maintenance, and PPMs. Communicate technical and operational issues promptly to relevant departments. Perform general building maintenance across site facilities and associated properties. Support the development and implementation of engineering best practices. Promote continuous improvement, lean principles, and 5S culture.
