This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven No.1 Site Manager looking for a stable, long-term project with a respected and well-structured developer. The Role As the No.1 on site, you will lead the day-to-day management of a traditional build housing scheme delivering 40-50 units per year on a controlled, steady build-out programme. You will report to a visiting Construction Director, taking full responsibility for all site operations, safety standards, quality control, and team coordination. This role requires a strong, organised leader with the ability to plan effectively and maintain high-quality output across the development.
