Konker is working with a respected multi-disciplinary practice just outside Portsmouth to recruit a Senior Architect to help grow their architecture team. This is a strategic hire, stepping into a leadership role within a team of 11, and overall 24 in the practice. You ll mentor and manage Architects and Technicians, oversee project delivery, and ensure quality across a varied portfolio. Projects span commercial, MOD, education, and healthcare, offering both technical challenge and people leadership. Alongside managing the team, you ll stay hands-on with delivery, reviewing and coordinating packages (mainly in AutoCAD, with some Revit).
