Book and coordinate appointments with residents. Allocate repairs and maintenance jobs to the relevant operatives. Liaise with residents regarding appointments, access and repair requirements. Liaise with operatives, subcontractors, supervisors and the wider repairs team. Monitor outstanding repairs and ensure jobs are progressed within agreed timescales. Reschedule appointments where required and communicate changes to residents. Update repairs systems with accurate job, appointment and resident information.
