The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to promote positive behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural needsAssist in implementing behaviour support plansSupport students in managing emotions and developing self-regulation skillsPromote positive behaviour in line with school policiesHelp de-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectivelyEncourage student engagement and participation in lessonsMaintain accurate behaviour and progress recordsLiaise with teachers, SENCO, and parents where appropriate Requirements Experience working with children or young people with behavioural challengesKnowledge of behaviour management strategiesCalm, patient, and resilient personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a teamRelevant qualification in Education, Childcare, Psychology, or related field (preferred)Safeguarding training (preferred) What We Offer Supportive and inclusive working environmentOngoing training and professional developmentCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for career progression How to Apply Please send your CVto: .uk
