Role / Responsibilities: Looking for somebody with recognized sales and marketing qualifications and / or a proven track record in a similar discipline. You must be organized and methodical as the role will involve tracking potential construction projects from planning approval to tender and provide a pipeline of tenders from consultants. You will understand who the key decision makers are and build relationships to ensure tenders are forthcoming. Experienced in cold calling and tracking the information gained.
