This is a hands-on role combining dispatch supervision, forklift operation, administration, and physical warehouse work. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are prepared, loaded, and dispatched accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing pallets for dispatchAllocating and booking consignments onto the shipping networkLoading and unloading vehiclesStrapping, securing, and checking palletsRecording dispatch data accurately (dates, quantities, destinations)Completing dispatch paperwork and system administrationSupervising and supporting the dispatch team during the shiftAssisting with production work during quieter periodsEnsuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesRequirementsValid FLT Counterbalance (B) licence - essentialPrevious experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or team leader/supervisory roleComfortable with physical work, including manual handlingStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident with basic admin and record-keepingReliable, flexible, and able to work rotating shiftsWhat''s on OfferPermanent employment 14.00 per hourWeekly rotating shiftsHands on supervisory role with responsibility If you are interested and would like some more information please call the office
