Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.Responsibilities

Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer to a high standard.Ensure contract service delivery meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.Contribute to maintaining the hospital''s reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further.Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.Work with initiative where appropriate; be reliable, hardworking and maintain a professional attitude.Be capable of working to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
