SF Recruitment have partnered with a brilliant organisation near Redditch, who are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager with logistics experience, on a permanent, hybrid basis to look after some of their larger key accounts. Salary: £45,000-£50,000 plus company car Working pattern: hybrid - once a week on site near Redditch and travel to client sites when required Responsibilities will include: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact for contract management, and the escalation point for services. - Conduct regular business reviews for the business to monitor performance in line with KPIs set in the customer contracts. - Identify potential issues and proactively propose solutions, ensuring smooth service delivery, and minimising any disruptions to the customer''s supply chain. - Provide regular reports on customer activities, product usage, and any other relevant KPIs. - Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure timely deliveries, product replenishment, and the overall success of the customer''s contract - Stay informed about the company''s products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers and help them optimize their operations. - Plan, coordinate, negotiate and close out contract renewals.
