About the Role:

A creative and well-resourced secondary school in Buckingham andnbsp;is seeking a passionate Art andamp; Design Teacher to join their vibrant Arts department. You''ll deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, nurturing creativity, artistic skills, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver art lessons covering drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media
• Foster studentsandrsquo; creativity through project-based and cross-curricular work
• Prepare pupils for GCSE coursework and exhibitions
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support individual artist development
• Support art events, gallery visits, and extracurricular clubs

Requirements:

• QTS and a degree in Art andamp; Design or related subject
• Strong classroom management and enthusiasm for art education
• Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
