Overview

As an In Work Employment Consultant you will help a wide range of people who have recently found employment and support them in the critical first 4-8 weeks of their new role. You will be an effective communicator, able to positively influence, engage with recruiters and motivate people. You will meet a wide range of people, working collaboratively to understand their goals and put in place an effective and engaging action plan to help them sustain in their new job. This role is target driven to generate the necessary performance activity to create opportunities for the participants you are supporting, including engaging with a variety of stakeholders to actively promote the skills and abilities of our participants that will support them in sustained employment.

You will be experienced in engaging with external stakeholders, providing support, advice, guidance or coaching to positively influence other people’s professional or personal development. You will be an effective communicator, able to build rapport with people and have a flexible and resilient approach. Location: You will be based in our Grosvenor House office in Birmingham City Centre.Responsibilities

Experience in engaging with external stakeholders and providing support, advice, guidance or coaching to influence development.Effective communication and relationship-building skills.Flexible and resilient approach; ability to work autonomously within a team.Open to candidates with transferable skills; organisation offers full training and career development opportunities.Location
