The Head of IT will work closely with the senior leadership team, balancing the day-to-day management of a busy IT environment with the longer-term technology strategy needed to support the organisation''s growth. The role will include: • Responsibility for IT infrastructure across a multi-site UK operation • Oversight of core business systems, ERP and/or mainframe environments • Leadership of a small internal IT team • Infrastructure, networks, security and business continuity • Management of key technology suppliers and partners • Supporting technology projects, upgrades and systems improvements • Developing an IT roadmap capable of supporting continued business growth We''re particularly interested in speaking with IT leaders who have worked within retail, distribution, logistics, warehousing or another fast-paced, multi-site environment.
