Senior HR Generalist
Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are recruiting for a SENIOR HR GENERALIST for a Manufacturing company within the Black country region. Our client operates within a fast-paced, operationally driven sector, with a workforce of approximately 150 employees. The business has a strong mix of industrial and commercial teams, including warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and office-based staff. Backed by financially strong ownership, the company has ambitious growth plans, including future acquisitions. Salary - 32,000 to 40,000 Monday to Friday - flex start and finish time from 8am to complete a 37 hour week if full time but they are also open to part time hours This is a broad and varied position where you will take full responsibility for the HR function. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver both strategic and day-to-day HR support across the business. Key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of HR administration and employee lifecycle Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice Supporting with contracts, policies, and HR documentation Leading on HR processes related to upcoming acquisitions, including TUPE Advising managers across both operational and office-based teams Supporting a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement of HR processes We are looking for a confident and self-sufficient HR professional who thrives in a standalone role as well as: CI
