This will involve a substantial amount of cost / benefit analysis. Monitoring and reporting on the supply chain performance will be required.Manage and oversee project work relating to the refurbishment of the buildings from inception to completion, as well as undertaking regular reviews of the maintenance services alongside developing and implementing a planned preventative maintenance system.Responsible for all Health and Safety matters including policy and practice for the organisation.
