The club features an andagrave; la carte restaurant alongside several uniquely decorated private dining rooms, catering for both intimate and large-scale events.

Chef de Partie benefits:

• Predominantly Monday to Friday working (90% of the time)
• Only 13 Saturdays per year
• andpound;37,000 per annum
• Closed for Christmas, New Year, and Bank Holidays

• Standard 40-hour working week with optional paid overtime
• Covers approximately 50 guests per service, with banqueting for up to 250 guests

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie with:
• Strong experience working with fresh, quality produce
• Previous fine dining or equivalent experience highly desirable
• Consistent work history demonstrating dependability and professionalism
• A commitment to upholding the clubandrsquo;s high standards of service and culinary excellence
