Are you a Health & Safety professional with a construction background and a NEBOSH qualification looking for a role with real autonomy and responsibility? Do you want to play a key role in shaping health and safety standards across a thriving business?

With over 20 years'' experience, this contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. They are known for delivering high-quality, fast-paced fit out projects across the distribution and warehouse sector. With project values up to -5M, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support continued growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for health and safety across the business. You''ll take ownership of construction phase plans, carry out site inspections, review and update RAMS, and produce detailed reports, while working closely with site teams to drive best practice.

This role would suit either an experienced Manager or an Advisor looking to take the next step within a supportive, well-run business offering long-term development.

The ideal candidate will have a construction background and NEBOSH qualification, with a strong appreciation for health and safety standards. You''ll be looking to join a small, close-knit company where you will be fully backed to implement new processes and make a real impact.

The Role
* Conduct site audits and inspections, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations
* Review and manage RAMS, construction phase plans, and safety documentation
* Lead incident investigations and maintain accurate reporting systems
* Support site teams and promote continuous improvement in health & safety

The Person
* NEBOSH qualification (essential)
* Proven experience within the construction industry
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
* Able to travel to sites nationwide and commute to Milton Keynes office
