We are looking for an experienced Project Accountant to join our finance team, supporting the commercial and financial performance of projects across the business.This is a hands-on, commercially focused role ideally suited to someone with experience in events or project-based environments who enjoys partnering with stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Project Managers, Account Directors, and Heads of Division on all commercial aspects of projectsPrepare and manage client and project budgets, working closely with Project ManagersMonitor and maximise gross profit and margin, ensuring strong financial performancePerform job and client profitability analysisReview client Master Service Agreements, contracts, and payment schedulesManage and minimise foreign exchange risk on projectsRun monthly financial reviews and client services teamsProduce accurate reporting using the Maconomy systemManage project billing and oversee project cashflow reportingSupport forecasting and budgeting of all project-related financialsContribute to the development and enhancement of Maconomy as a project management and reporting toolWork closely with the Management Accountant and Finance Director to drive profitability, cashflow, and margin optimisationRequirementPart Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalentProven experience in events project accounting or project-based finance rolesStrong management accounting backgroundExcellent communication skills with the ability to w
