What You ll Be Doing: Negotiating sales deals Conducting sales viewings Keeping sales and legal records up to date Coordinating with solicitors, buyers and sales agents Managing digital sales document transfers Scheduling key meetings to keep sales moving Handling buyer enquiries and arranging property viewings Ensuring legal deadlines are met Organising sales documents and handover packs What We re Looking For: Proven record in sales A confident communicator with top-tier customer service skills A team player with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude Super organised with an eye for detail A background in property sales would be advantageous What You ll Need: Microsoft Office proficiency A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle A proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment This is more than just a support role it s a chance to drive
