Contracts Manager Glazing and Facades Brighton Head Office Southcoat projects Permanent Up to £60,000 + Package A well-established specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of glazing, window replacement and façade projects across the South of England. Based from the company''s Brighton head office, your first project will be in Portsmouth, before moving on to further schemes across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and play a key role in delivering high-quality façade and glazing programmes from start to finish. The Role Reporting to senior management, you''ll take full responsibility for the operational delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme and within budget. This is a hands-on management role requiring someone who is confident managing programmes, finances, reporting and client relationships whilst coordinating both direct labour and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple glazing, façade and window installation projects from pre-start through to completion. Oversee project programmes, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget. Manage project finances including cost control, forecasting and commercial awareness.
