Events and Social Manager
Role OverviewWe are recruiting an Events and Social Manager to lead the event culture, guest experience, and digital presence of a fast-growing hospitality and entertainment venue.This is a highly visible, hands-on role combining live event hosting and guest engagement (approx. 70%) with short-form social media content creation (approx. 30%). The successful candidate will be confident running weekly events, energising guests on site, and producing TikTok and Instagram content that drives footfall and brand growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEvents and Guest Engagement Plan, promote and host weekly themed eventsBuild and manage RSVP lists, actively driving attendanceHost evenings with confidence, energy, and a welcoming presenceCollaborate with influencers and micro-creators to extend reachUnderstand guest behaviour and manage guest flow during peak hoursBuild strong relationships with regulars and local communitiesSupport private and corporate events (commission available) Social Media (TikTok and Instagram) Create and publish 1 2 TikTok/Reels per dayCapture live venue content including guest reactions, atmosphere, gameplay, cocktails and foodPost daily Instagram Stories and maintain highlightsTrack trends and create content optimised for reach and engagementWrite captions, hashtags, and manage posting schedulesCollaborate with a videographer to plan higher-production shoots Online Community and Communication Respond promptly to all Instagram and TikTok DMsEngage with comments and co
