Acting for a diverse international client base, you will provide commercially focused advice across a wide range of contentious maritime issues. The caseload is varied and high quality, encompassing vessel arrests, Admiralty proceedings, unpaid shipping and bunker claims, bill of lading and charterparty disputes, as well as English High Court litigation and international arbitration.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE and experience in shipping litigation or maritime disputes.
