This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to take the next step in their career or for an established AP Supervisor seeking a new challenge within a growing organisation.

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Accounts Payable function while managing and supporting a small team. You''ll play a key role in ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time, maintaining strong controls and continuously looking for ways to improve processes.

• Supervise and support a small Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Manage supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any queries.
• Support month-end close activities relating to Accounts Payable.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Senior Accounts Payable position.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small finance team.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using NetSuite would be highly advantageous, although this is not essential.

• Salary: -40,000 - -45,000
