Production Line Leader Location Rochester, Kent (ME2 2JU)Salary: £27,000 £30,000Shift: Monday to Friday 08 00 (30 min unpaid lunch) 40 hours per week Job Role This Production Line Leader role will see you working within a growing sports supplements and nutrition manufacturer in Rochester, Kent. As the most senior person on the line, you will provide day-to-day leadership and hands-on technical support, working closely with the Supervisor to achieve production, quality, safety and efficiency targets.As a Production Line Leader, you ll coordinate resources across multiple processes and act as the first point of escalation for issues relating to people, equipment, product and process. The role requires strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, with the ability to set up, operate, troubleshoot, dismantle and clean machinery safely and effectively.
