Customer Success Manager

They have provided printing solutions with huge names in the private and public sectors, spanning from billboards to banners to pop-up stands and more.With an expanding customer base, increase in headcount, and a team who pull together, share success and celebrate wins in a positive working environment, this is an opportune moment to join our client.The job:Have responsibility for building relationships with high-value corporate and business clients.Proactively engage before and after customer orders while delivering exceptional customer service.Deliver onboarding for new customers, manage existing relationships, and re-engage with lapsed clients with the aim of securing long-term business relationships.The person:2 years’ experience minimum in retention, customer success and CRM roles with a preference in e-commerce.Deliverable experience in building relationships with business and corporate clients.Ability to work with a high volume of interactions ensuring speed and accuracy.Team player with excellent communication skills; verbal and written and able to display empathy along with a personal touch.Organised, can plan time effectively and work to multiple priorities and deadlines.Knowledge of the Print Industry is a massive advantage.On offer:Salary – TBD at interview along with paid overtime.Company benefits package (currently under review).Casual dress code.On-site parking.Only candidates that meet the essential criteria for this role will be contacted – please ensure your CV is tailored accordingly.To apply please contact
