Preparing, submitting, and reviewing accounts and tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies Providing mentorship, training, and technical guidance to your accounting pod and wider business teams Leading by example to embody and promote company values within the accountancy team Building strong client relationships through effective communication and onboarding new clients into your portfolio Advising clients on tax planning and optimisation to maximise efficiency Delivering advisory services around cash flow, budgets, and pricing, supported by ongoing training Managing bookkeeping, VAT returns, CIS, and year-end client meetings with precision Handling client fee reviews and liaising with HMRC and Companies House to resolve queries
