Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Livingston

Salary: -45,000 - -50,000

Shift: Permanent Days - Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business at their site in Livingston.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrically biased engineer looking to move into a permanent day shift position with a successful and established manufacturing operation.

Our client operates within a specialist manufacturing environment and is looking for an experienced engineer who can hit the ground running, taking responsibility for electrical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown support across production machinery and plant.

As Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production equipment and plant
• Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
• Responding to machinery breakdowns and minimising production downtime
• Maintenance of motors, drives, controls and instrumentation
• Supporting plant upgrades, modifications and continuous improvement projects
• Electrical installation, testing and inspection
• Working safely within hazardous areas where required
• Interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
• Following safe isolation and permit-to-work procedures
• Maintaining accurate maintenance and inspection records
• Working closely with production and engineering teams to maintain site performance

• -40,000 - -50,000 basic salary
• Permanent Days
• Overtime (Advanced Rate)
• Monday to Friday
