This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax professional who wants a broad role combining advisory projects, compliance oversight, client relationships and team development. The position can accommodate someone taking their first step into management or an established Manager looking for greater variety and progression. You will work with an interesting portfolio ranging from owner-managed and family businesses to larger UK companies and international groups. What you will do: Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a variety of sectors and ownership structures Oversee the preparation and review of corporation tax computations, returns and associated compliance work Provide commercially focused advice on a broad range of corporate tax matters Support business transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and group reorganisations Assist clients with tax planning, risk management and compliance obligations Become a trusted point of contact, building strong and lasting client relationships Work alongside Partners and Directors on more complex advisory and technical assignments Liaise with HMRC regarding enquiries, clearances and other corporate tax matters Identify opportunities to ..... full job details .....
