This is a hands-on role focused on managing the on site Tech Teams workloads and ensuring compliance. You''ll be the daily managerial presence working very closely with the client to ensure that the extreme high standards are being met from a hard services perspective.Essential Duties and Responsibilities To read and review the specialist subcontractor reports/paperwork/certification applicable to their contract and discuss ongoing issues with specialist contractors ensuring works are complete and any outstanding or remedial works arising are communicated to the client and the Commercial Team for quotation.Assist with accurate reporting on compliance, SLAs, KPIs in-line in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.Ensuring our client''s Cureousity Permits system associated with all our works/our contractors works are accurate and up to date.Attendance at Weekly/Monthly Client and Contractor Meetings and record and minute all formal meetings between ECG and the client.Manage, co-ordinate and assist with client seasonal activities/events which require ECG involve
