BMS Service Engineer - Trend

Location: Inner London & Greater London
Salary: -45,00060,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday,

08:00-17:30 or 06:30-16:00

An exciting opportunity for an experienced BMS Service Engineer with Trend experience to join a growing engineering team covering commercial and public-sector sites across London.

You''ll be responsible for BMS servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and small works, with excellent opportunities for training and career progression.

• -45,00060,000 salary, depending on experience.

• Trend and Honeywell training, with progression into senior engineering or commissioning.

• Minimum 2 years'' BMS service and maintenance experience.
• Trend SET experience and relevant Trend qualifications.
• Electrical qualification or controls certification.
• Knowledge of commercial heating systems, boilers and pumps.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable: Trend IQVision, Honeywell, Tridium/Niagara, electrical schematics and relevant site certifications.
