The firm is open to candidates with either commercial or residential property support experience, provided they are looking to work at a senior level within a commercial property environment.The Role:Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the commercial property teamPreparing and amending legal documents and correspondenceManaging diaries, inboxes, and file administrationHandling telephone calls and liaising with clients, agents, and third partiesOpening, maintaining, and closing files in line with compliance and regulatory requirementsSupporting transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and related property mattersThe Ideal Candidate:At least 5 years'' experience as a Legal Secretary within a property law environmentBackground in commercial property or residential property supportStrong typing, document production, and organisational skillsConfident, professional, and able to manage competing prioritiesComfortable working in a hybrid role
