They support hybrid working, typically requiring 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder from home.About the RoleReporting directly to the Director of Finance and Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for safeguarding financial integrity and ensuring the Director is kept fully informed on key financial matters.Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the finance team to provide high-quality support across the organisation. Preparing annual accounts in line with Charity SORP and managing the external audit process. Overseeing statutory filings, VAT, and tax returns to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
