Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Apprenticeships Team. This role is primarily based at our Slough and Langley College campus, though occasional travel to the Berkshire College of Agriculture may be required.These are permanent, full time positions working 37 hours per week, all year round. The salary is on Scale G of the Support Staff pay scale, offering 25,483 (G17) up to 27,284 (G19) depending on qualifications and experience.Learning Support AssistantAs a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) within our Apprenticeships provision, you will play a vital role in helping apprentices across our programmes fully access their curriculum, develop key skills and achieve their potential. You will work closely with apprentices, tutors, assessors and employers to provide tailored learning support that enables apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to achieve their apprenticeship outcomes.Support is highly adaptable and may be delivered one-to-one or in small groups, depending on individual needs.
