Customer Service Executive

Location: Cosham (hybrid available after probation period)
Salary: £27,980 starting salary (with opportunities to progress to over £32,000 within 12–24 months)
Hours: This is a full-time position working Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with shifts scheduled between 7:45am and 8:45pm.
Start Date: 11th January 2027 (non-negotiable)

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join an established and growing team based in Cosham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving, supporting others and working in a fast-paced environment.

Full training will be provided over an initial 8-week period, giving you the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the role.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing a varied caseload of customer enquiries and support requests.
• Providing timely, professional and empathetic assistance to customers in challenging situations.
• Monitoring cases to ensure they progress efficiently and are resolved within agreed timeframes.
• Making informed decisions and identifying when more complex issues need to be escalated.
• Maintaining accurate records and following relevant procedures.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of customer care.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using various systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A compassionate and customer-focused approach.
• A professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and commitment to completing the full training programme and contracted hours.

Important Information: An interview will be held in-office on 17th November 2027 and the successful candidate must be available to start on 11th January 2027. This date is non-negotiable, and applicants must be able to commit to the full training period.
