Unlike traditional portfolio-based roles, the team works collaboratively, meaning responsibilities are shared rather than allocated to individual portfolios, creating a varied and rewarding position. Key Responsibilities Managing residential tenancies from move-in through to move-out. Coordinating maintenance works and contractor appointments. Managing end-of-tenancy negotiations and deposit returns. Carrying out regular property inspections. Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors. Ensuring all legal compliance and property safety requirements are met. Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Supporting colleagues across all areas of property management. About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within residential property management. A solid understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
