We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Policy andamp; Standards Lead to define, align, and embed cloud security policies and standards within a secure government cloud capability. This role ensures policy compliance with Defence Digital and wider HMG governance while enabling scalable and interoperable cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities Conduct an initial policy discovery and gap analysis Develop and maintain cloud policies and standards aligned to Defence Digital governance Ensure compliance with JSPs, GovS 007, and the MOD Security Policy Framework Produce onboarding, service management, and operational security standards Lead stakeholder workshops to validate and socialise policy outputs Report progress, risks, and RAG status to delivery leadership Provide assurance that policies are enforceable and governance-aligned Essential Skills andamp; Experience Strong working knowledge of MOD and HMG policy frameworks (JSPs, GovS 007, MOD SPF) Proven experience authoring security, operational, and cloud policies Experience supporting secure cloud adoption across OFFICIAL and SECRET domains Excellent written communication and policy drafting skills Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability Desirable Experience working with Defence Digital governance boards
