A leading provider of automated vertical storage and retrieval systems is seeking a technically skilled and self-motivated Service Engineer to join its UK field service team. The role covers the South of England with occasional travel into London, offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technology.Responsibilities

Perform fault finding, servicing, and repairs on vertical lift and carousel systemsInstall and commission new equipment at customer sitesRespond to breakdowns and emergency callouts, ensuring fast and effective resolutionManage your own diary and work from a monthly service listProvide technical support and training to customersMaintain accurate service documentation and reportsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveryEssential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Strong experience in electrical fault finding, particularly with: Motors, drives, converters, control panelsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsGeneral understanding of mechanical systems (training provided)Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South and into LondonExcellent communication and time management skillsWhat’s On Offer
