Temp-Perm OR Permanent from day 1

Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30

Salary starting from £26,600+ (negotiable DOE)

We are currently hiring for a confident and articulate Customer Service Coordinator/Administrator to work for a unique, interesting business in the outskirts of Rugby.

This is a very remote site therefore we are looking for an individual with their own transport.

This role would appeal to individuals who enjoy working in small, creative collaborative team where every day you will be faced with new tasks/challenges.

Duties will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone or website enquiries
• Advise customer regarding stock and shipping availability
• Communicate orders to the relevant departments
• Diary management and booking accommodation for the installation teams
• General admin/data entry duties

What do I need to be considered?

• We are looking for somebody with previous customer service, office or administration experience on this occasion
• Own reliable transport essential due to site location
• Friendly, confident team player – willing to muck in with duties outside of your job description to achieve company goals/deadlines
• Fantastic communication skills – you may be speaking with suppliers/customers at times and may have to describe products descriptively
• IT literate – you will be using Microsoft packages and Sage.
