Projects, fit out and refurbishment make up approximately 50% of company revenue with the remainder generated from FM and Small works and stand-alone Electrical and Mechanical works. The Role My client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial and industrial projects including daily electrical project management on all sites (HandS paperwork, RAMS, material procurement, subcontract procurement and as-built drawings on CAD). NICEIC QS role, daily labour scheduling of all electrical labour including FM works and small-scale design including all CAD drawings.
