Mixed Tax Manager - Private Client and Corporate Maidstone, Kent £Competitive + Benefits Permanent The Opportunity We''re working with a well-established accountancy practice in Maidstone who are looking to bring in an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is a genuinely varied role where you''ll be working across both private client and corporate tax, managing your own portfolio whilst getting involved in advisory work and business development. What You''ll Be Doing You''ll be managing a mixed portfolio of private clients (sole traders, owner-managed businesses, high net worth individuals, trusts) and getting stuck into advisory projects alongside the compliance side of things. There''s scope to get involved in tax planning, structuring work and business development initiatives, so it''s not just about churning through returns. Day to day, you''ll be: Managing private client tax compliance (self-assessment, trust returns, liaising with HMRC)Leading on advisory projects for both private clients and corporate clientsReviewing work prepared by junior team membersBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to take additional services to clientsWorking closely with partners and other departments across the firm What We''re Looking For in the Mixed
