The role involves assisting solicitors with client matters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated law graduate or junior legal professional to gain hands-on experience in private client law.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate documents.Assisting with estate planning and administration.Conducting legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.Preparing and filing court and HMRC forms related to probate and tax matters.Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, trustees, and external parties.Maintaining accurate case files, documentation, and records.Supporting solicitors with compliance, reporting, and due diligence.Attending client meetings and taking notes as required.Essential Requirements:Law degree (LLB) or equivalent; LPC or LLM preferred.Interest in private client law, including probate, trusts, and estate planning.Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
