Head of Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive operational performance, continuous improvement, quality, safety, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and achieve production targets
• Drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Manage and develop production teams
• Monitor KPIs and support strategic operational goals

Requirements

• Proven senior manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong operational and people management skills
• Experience with Lean/continuous improvement methodologies
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving ability
