The business has recently been acquired and the new owners are keen to grow the firm. Description Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring returns and computations are prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time. Advise clients on corporate tax matters, liabilities, payment deadlines, and opportunities for tax-efficient planning. Liaise with HM Revenue and Customs, clients, and third parties to resolve queries and manage ongoing tax affairs. Support Partners and Directors in delivering tax planning projects and implementing tax-saving opportunities for clients. Review colleagues'' work for technical accuracy and provide guidance where required. Monitor work in progress, billing, recoveries, and chargeable hours to ensure profitability targets are achieved. Ensure all relevant claims, elections, and statutory deadlines are met. Contribute to business development activities, including networking, prospect meetings, and identifying new opportunities.
