You will be embedded in high-profile programmes in South Wales, helping to shape and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder schemes.Skills and experience required: Proven experience as a Planner within the rail or wider infrastructure sector such as utilities, civils, water, highways etc. (5 years minimum)Primavera P6 essential, with strong practical experience building and maintaining programmesStrong understanding of project and programme planning tools and methodologiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, challenge assumptions and provide clear planning insight Desirable: Knowledge of the railway investment lifecycle and business case stages (SOBC to FBC)Experience of working within a consultancy, client-side or major contractor environmentFamiliarity with NEC contracts and how they interface with programme controls (pref
