Area Sales Manager - Residential ConstructionBuilding and Construction GreenwichArea Sales Manager Role PurposeTo convert inbound and outbound sales leads into signed construction contracts by managing the full client journey - from initial enquiry through to handover to the delivery team.This is a client-facing, commercially focused role suited to someone confident in sales, relationship-building, and guiding clients through the early stages of residential construction projects.Key Responsibilities of the Area Sales ManagerLead ManagementRespond promptly to inbound enquiries generated via marketing channels (Google Ads, website, referrals).Qualify leads efficiently and professionally to assess project viability.Carry out outbound B2B cold calling where required (developers, landlords, commercial clients).Client Meetings and EngagementMeet clients at their property or at the office to discuss project requirements.Understand client objectives, budgets, and timelines.Attend site visits to assess scope and support accurate pricing.Quoting and Sales ProcessPrepare and present project quotations (full training provided).Clearly explain scope of works, programmes, and payment structures.Follow up quotations and manage negotiations where appropriate.Close sales and secure signed contracts.Contracts and Project HandoverCreate and agree payment plans once projects are confirmed.Issue contracts and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.Secure initial deposits in line with co
