Over the past five years, Hestia has developed a successful and growing fundraising programme, which includes support from charitable trusts and foundations, statutory grant makers, corporate partners, individual givers, and high-value donors. The Philanthropy Manager will play a key role in shaping and developing Hestia''s philanthropy programme, with a focus on individual giving, legacies, and major donor relationships. This role offers the chance to significantly grow the programme''s reach and impact. As Philanthropy Manager, you will be a confident and strategic relationship manager with the ability to engage, inspire, and steward a portfolio of major donors and prospects. Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, you will deliver personalised stewardship plans, craft compelling proposals, and manage a pipeline of four, five, and six-figure gifts.
