Job Title: Supply Chain PlannerContract Type: Full-Time / Permanent Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager Start Date: January 2026 Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annumAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Planner to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing purchasing and inventory across 13 countries, including Japan and Europe, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong supplier relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Planning:Review weekly demand and adjust plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.Create purchase orders and production plans to meet forecasted demand.Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely deliveries.Inventory and Packaging Control:Maintain accurate ERP master data.Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouses.Ensure packaging supplies are consistently available.Logistics:Manage international documentation for customs compliance.Oversee goods receipt and work order creation.Conduct cost reviews and support new supply chain projects.Ideal CandidateFluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written).Experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics.Minimum 1 year of office administration experience.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.BenefitsCompetitive salary: 30-32k20 days holiday (rising to 25 after 3 years)50% staff discountCompany pension planWorking Hours and EnvironmentMonday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)Office-based role
