Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician Location: Crawley West Sussex Duration: Long term contract Pay: • Day shifts: £22.30 per hour PAYE (plus holiday pay) or £28.46 per hour Umbrella rate • Night shifts: £30.03 per hour Umbrella rate • Various shifts available including day, night, and occasional weekends Summary We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sprayer / Paint Technician to join a train company s refresh campaign, primarily focusing on aesthetic painting work on the exterior of train carriages. The role involves preparing and applying paint finishes to rolling stock, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Candidates should have a proven background in vehicle painting, with previous roles such as Vehicle Sprayer, Paint Technician, Automotive Refinisher, or Bodyshop Worker. A good mechanical understanding and experience working within a vehicle environment would be advantageous. The position requires flexibility to work across various shifts, including nights and occasional weekends.
