The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the factory floor, ensuring employees have the resources and direction needed to deliver high-quality products on time. Acting as the main point of contact for all factory floor employees, the Production Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining smooth workflow, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met while upholding company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Production Oversight Ensure all employees have the tools, materials, and instructions required to complete tasks. Monitor progress across departments, making sure work is aligned with agreed completion dates and times. Support the Manufacturing Manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for all employees Production Planning and Scheduling Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to develop and implement production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
