Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of fit out and refurbishment projects from award through to final account.
• Management of subcontract procurement and accounts.
• Preparation of valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
• Identification and management of commercial risks and opportunities.
• Contract administration and final account negotiation.
• Close collaboration with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit out, interiors, refurbishment or main contracting.
• Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and drive commercial performance.
• Relevant construction qualification desirable.
