We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a large, luxury nursing and dementia care home in South-West London. The home is well regarded locally and nationally, recognised by regulators for delivering high-quality care and praised by families for its warm, person-centred approach. The Role This is a pivotal leadership position where you will take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial success of the home. Key areas of focus include:Leading and inspiring a large team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred careMaintaining excellent compliance with regulatory and company standardsBuilding strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholdersDriving occupancy and ensuring effective budget managementRecruiting, retaining, and developing a skilled and motivated staff teamCreating a culture of openness, empowerment, and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a strong leader with:Minimum 4 years'' experience in elderly care, including at least 3 years in a management roleProven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomesExcellent leadership and people management skillsStrong commercial acumen with experience managing occupancy and budgetsA compassionate approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care Working Pattern and BenefitsSalary 75,000 - 80,000 PA plus benefits packageOpportunity to join a leading provider with strong career development pathways Interested?
